Keeper—a text-based virtual assistant
is a helpful text-based virtual assistant intended to reduce the frustrations of forgetting the things you need to remember in an information-saturated world. There’s no app, just a number you text to engage with Keeper. (Keeper launched months before Facebook's M Messenger
Engaged during the early concept phase, I helped define the product feature set and strategy, working with the Keeper team to quickly test and iterate on the user experience and user acquisition.
I crafted Keeper’s tone, establishing a personality and approach that the Keeper team could follow for future messages and iterations of the product. Since there is no app, Keeper's visual identity is anchored in the visuals available through text messages: emojis.
I also designed a series of Facebook ads to test variations of the experience with different targeted audiences.
