Engaged during the early concept phase, Under After helped define the product feature set and strategy, working with the Keeper team to quickly test and iterate on the user experience and user acquisition.
Under After crafted Keeper’s tone, establishing a personality and approach that the Keeper team could follow for future messages and iterations of the product. Since there is no app, Keeper’s visual identity is anchored in the visuals available through text messages: emojis.
Under After also designed a series of Facebook ads to test variations of the experience with different targeted audiences.
Mark worked with us closely to hash out a txt-based digital assistant (getkeeper.com). He helped us with initial direction, designing/building our landing pages (in a unique format, since there is no app) and provided valuable input on the tone/brand of the product.
